In a bizarre crossover event that breaks conventional forecasts, Ubisoft has announced an in-game collaboration between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the acclaimed anime series Attack on Titan. The unusual Thanksgiving event runs from November 25 through December 22, providing complimentary additional story content for Shadows players.
Peculiar Questline Disclosed
According to the formal statement, "A mysterious meeting draws heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a original adventure, where hints of banned ceremonies and monstrous transformations echo through the shadows." The storyline introduces a "strangely dressed woman named Ada" who assigns the duo with traveling into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a secret group.
The mission centers on "strange tests and a terrifying enemy" and is accessible to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.
Iconic Places and Changes
The trailer features the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was earlier where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The preview concludes with a powerful scene showing a character, probably the prisoner, transforming into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
